Can I change the fabric or legs on a footstool?

Yes, you can select from a range of fabrics and leathers. Simply select a footstool or ottoman style, then choose a fabric and leg style below.

 

Can I supply my own fabric or leather?

Yes, you can supply your own fabric or leather for your footstool. You will find the amount of fabric needed for each of our footstools. The fabric quantities quoted are approximate and are based on fabric no less than 137cm wide with little or no pattern repeat. Please clearly label your fabric with your name. If there is any doubt which is the correct side of the fabric to use please also state this to avoid any confusion. Do you offer a Bespoke footstool service?

Yes, please feel free to browse our website for ideas or if you have other ideas or pictures please contact us with sizes and requirements and we'll give you a free quote.

 

Can I see samples of the fabric or leather before buying my footstool, ottoman or pouffe?

Yes we can send you samples free of charge. Please see our fabrics page and contact us with your request. They should be with you in a couple of days.

 

Can I change the size of a footstool to a size that isn't shown?

Yes, the sizes shown are popular sizes and a guide, but we understand peoples homes and requirements are unique. We won't charge you ridiculous prices just because it's 'bespoke'. Please Contact us to request a quote for your sizes.

 

Do you offer a guarantee on your footstools?

Yes, all our wooden frames come with a 2 year construction guarantee. This is longer than the 1 year industry standard as we are very confident in our work. If the frame breaks or fails we will repair or replace your footstool and get it back to you free of charge.

 

Are your fabrics and foams Fire Retardant?

All our fabrics, leathers and foam comply with current Furniture and Furnishings Fire Safety Regs, so you can rest assured your footstool is safe.

 

Do you have a showroom?

We don't currently have a showroom, as this keeps costs down that we can pass onto our customers. If you would like to meet us and see our workshop please contact us.
