Footstools come in many different styles at Footstools & More. If you live on your own and don’t have a lot of space, you still have the room for a pouffe that you can put your feet up on. These are generally fairly small and can be round so that they form a drum shape or square as a cube shape, although having said that, we do also produce our Spencer model which is hexagonal.
In addition, we have a few models that are larger, although still round, such as the Winchester, Brooklyn Piped, or Brixton and Ellenor which are deep buttoned. A pouffe can also be tall or short, depending upon your preferences for how high you like to rest your feet.
Not only that, but you can use a pouffe with a lid on it for storage so that it becomes more like a small ottoman. OK, there is not going to be a huge amount of space, but you can still get rid of the remote, magazines, knitting, laptop or iPad, or kids’ toys, in order to keep the living room tidy. Of course, as with all of our footstools, you can use a pouffe for extra seating, although it will really only hold one individual if it is not very big.
A Hallway Bench Is Perfect If You Have A Dog
Another type of footstool that many customers choose is a hallway bench. If you have a dog, then you have to take him/her for a walk, no matter what the weather, and if it is pouring with rain and you have to go to the park you are going to need your wellies and they are going to get muddy. Even, maybe, as muddy as the pooch.
A hallway bench is perfect for these kinds of situation because you can keep the wellies on the bottom shelf. Then when you go out you sit on the bench, take off your slippers or shoes, and pop the wellies on. When you get back home, you can sit on the bench and take the wellies off, putting them back on the shelf so that they can dry off. You could also keep a towel there as well so that you can dry off your hound before he or she goes flying off into the kitchen looking for food or water.
In addition, you can take it into the living room and use it as extra seating if you have guests, or just to pop your feet on as a footstool as well.
