Now is the perfect time to buy that new footstool from us at Footstools & More because we have an offer for January where you can get 10% off any of them!

If you have not visited our website before, or if you have never bought a footstool, then you will find that we provide you with endless choices of designs of footstool together with materials to cover them including many different fabrics and leathers. You can also have your footstool with legs, without legs, with casters, and it can be long, short, square, round, hexagonal, cube-shaped, drum-shaped, and so on.

What a lot of people do is to choose a storage footstool. We have said this elsewhere, but it makes sense, because a footstool in, in effect, like an empty box. So, if you turn the top into a lid with a couple of hinges, you now have access to that box! Don’t worry, it will all be properly lined with fabric inside!

Now a storage footstool not only makes use of the space that it takes up, but it means that you can pop things out of sight when you are not using them. We all have “stuff” in the living room that we need to hand, but don’t want it cluttering the place up when we are not using it. Pop it into the footstool and there it is. Or, if you prefer, there it isn’t – in the room! Papers, magazines, your laptop, phone, Monopoly set, the dog’s biscuits, CDs, the remote – all right there but out of sight.

A Serving Tray

If you decide on a larger footstool such as an ottoman you may also want to use it as a coffee table. Now to do that you will need a large serving tray which you can sit on top of the ottoman and – hey presto! – you have a coffee table. We have you covered with that too, because we can make you a large serving tray which can be either square or rectangular as you choose, and it can be made in a variety of different woods and finishes.

You can not only use it for serving your coffee on (or for that matter anything else), but you can use it to hold your laptop when you are on Facebook, keep your knitting wools and knitting needles on it, play cards on it, set up the Monopoly board on it – your choices are endless. You can also keep a vase of flowers on it when you are not using it for anything else.
